A solution for Bunion pain
Have you ever heard of the word "Bunions"? Bunions develop when the bones of the big toe become misaligned, causing the toe to angle toward the second toe, and sometimes to overlap or tuck beneath it. This puts pressure on your big toe joint, pushing it outward beyond the normal profile of your foot.
Bunions start out small, but they usually get worse over time—pressure on the joint can create inflammation, leaving it red and swollen. And because the joint flexes with every step and carries much of your weight while walking, the bigger a bunion gets, the more painful and difficult walking can become. Adding insult to injury, many people who suffer from bunions on one foot often have one on the other foot, too. Too bad! Before you take another step, why don't you find the solution? Let's see it together.
Bunions are most often caused by an inherited faulty mechanical structure of the foot. It is not the bunion itself that is inherited but certain foot types that make a person prone to developing a bunion.
Although wearing shoes that crowd the toes will not actually cause bunions, it sometimes makes the deformity get progressively worse. Symptoms may therefore appear sooner.
In most cases, bunion pain can be managed by switching to shoes that are roomy enough to accommodate the bunion and allow you to wiggle your toes.
In choosing shoes to relieve bunion pain, you can purchase stretchable shoes to decrease joint irritation and avoid pointed toed shoes that will painfully constrict your feet. Purchasing shoes with a wide and deep toe box is also a choice. In choosing shoes to prevent bunion pain, do not buy shoes that are smaller than your feet. Assuming that undersized shoes will stretch forces your toes into awkward positions in the meantime. Generally, many people do not have uniform feet. If one foot is slightly larger, purchase shoes that fit the larger foot. Purchase an insole to fill any space in the other shoe. Also, your feet tend to be slightly larger in the evening than they are in the morning. Try on shoes at the end of the day, preferably after you've been up and walking.
Actually I, one of Miss Kyouko staff, have bunion feet because I used to do ballet and wear point shoes 5 times a week. A point shoe is a type of shoe worn by ballet dancers when performing point work. For me my bunion didn't hurt me a lot, but my friends had to quit ballet because of her bunion hurting so much and couldn't keep dancing anymore. I still sometimes have bunion pain, so I try to purchase wide stretchy shoes that I can wear comfortably.
Also, Ms. Kyouko's mother had a bunion problem. Although she wanted to wear stylish shoes, she had to give up the hope. That is why Ms. Kyouko started making healthy stylish shoes for her mother and the ladies who suffer from bunions. She has been sticking to stylishness and functionality in designing Miss Kyouko shoes.
